We are so excited to bring back the expertise of Marlene Howard, of the Onyx Beverage Group, as we delve into some unique tastings from around the world.
An intimate evening, with limited seating in the upper level of our clubhouse, start your evening with a welcome cocktail, while chatting with your people, and listening to acoustics from local talent, Jesse Moffat, in the background.
Once settled, Marlene will take us on a journey through a variety of wine tastings – we are sure you will find something new and unique to add to your patio/summer table this year.
Nosh on charcuterie, with a ton of local inspiration, showcasing meats from Magnum Ranching from north of Lloydminster, Darcy’s Meats in Edmonton/St Albert, cheeses from Old School Cheesery in Vermilion as well as The Cheese Factory in Edmonton … mustards from Smak Dab Mustard in Manitoba and preserves from Salt Spring Kitchen, straight from the west coast. Homemade pickled preserves, olives, dark chocolate seed bark, fresh & dried fruits & nuts, antipasti & tzatziki, accompanied by a variety of breads & crisps to finish it off.
Complete your evening with a “after dinner” drink and a little something sweet or purchase a bottle of your favorite to enjoy with friends !!
In an effort to keep the evening intimate, seating will be limited to the upper level space of our Clubhouse.
