To that end, in order to raise as much as we can for some great charities, while celebrating such a crucial part of our community, we are presenting several different sponsorship levels for your consideration (please see following pages for details). We have altered the format of the day, with a few changes to keep in line with any anticipated restrictions we may still be under, in an effort to provide a fun and safe event, bringing the community together … for the community. If you have participated before, please note the planned changes (we may change these as restrictions ease…)

Main changes/features are as follows:

    • No food/beverage holes on the course … we will aim to find a lunch sponsor to sponsor a Grab & Go lunch item for everyone, that they can pickup at the clubhouse, or alternatively from the beer Cart when they are ready for it
    • No large breakfast banquet indoors … we will aim to have our breakfast sponsor cover a breakfast sandwich & coffee & baileys as their level of sponsorship, again to be indy packaged as a G&G item
    • No large banquet with additional invited guests at the end … if permitted at the time, we will aim to have an outdoor stage with local entertainment to be playing when people come off the course … we will still provide a supper, indy packaged, for people, perhaps a less comprehensive meal than we normally do … we will have a ton of spaced outdoor seating available as well as the ability to roll up in your cart, enjoy your dinner, listen to music and we will more promptly do the awards (so not a whole evening of entertainment) – Title Sponsors welcome to come and speak, attend, have a “boxed” dinner 😊
    • No silent auction (too hard to manage with touching etc…)
    • We will start with limiting our #’s to 100 which is what we were permitted to do for “outdoor” gatherings last year … if we are able to do more, we will add closer to the time or start a wait list until we know our parameters

    We have put a clause in regarding if we are unable to move forward, etc., or if someone is ill/sick day of, etc… it reads:
    ***All registrations are transferrable this year, if you are unwell or cannot attend, you may gift your registration to someone else. If we have to postpone to another date, your registration will be valid for the new date and subject to the same terms … if we are forced to cancel due to a change in AHS Restrictions, you will have the option to donate your registration fee, or receive a full refund, less 15% for processing/admin fees.

TOURNAMENT (DAY) DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:

This tournament will be played in a 4-man scramble format, with reduced attendance numbers, and will include a CoVID Friendly breakfast box, 18 holes of golf, cart use, prizes, a CoVID Friendly Lunch Box & a Boxed Supper Services, as well as Hole-in-One opportunities. Foregoing the traditional banquet, to comply with CoVID restrictions, we will announce winners, immediately following golf, at the outdoor staging area set up in front of the Pavilion. Outdoor & Indoor seating will be available, in compliance with rules/regulations at that time. We are hopeful to also have some light entertainment, to immediately follow golf, while you enjoy your unique individual supper plates.

HOLE “IN ONE” SPONSOR

While there is no charge from Rolling Green Fairways to be a “Hole in One” sponsor, the sponsor is responsible for determining the “Hole in One” Prize together with it’s value, and ensuring adequate insurance is obtained.
The “Hole in One” Sponsor will be responsible for obtaining adequate insurance, advising Rolling Green Fairways within 2 days of event, as to the required yardage as stated by their insurance company, and is responsible for providing hole monitors the day of the event.
The sponsor is also welcome to provide any signage to promote their business, as well as display the actual “PRIZE” that’s up for grabs.
