KITCHEN HELP & DISHWASHERS

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen and events running smoothly, while supporting both front and back of house operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with bussing tables during events
  • Support event setup, cleaning, and teardown
  • Help maintain cleanliness in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Assist cooks with basic food preparation
  • Wash, cut, and chop fresh produce
  • Prepare simple items such as sauces and dressings
  • Organize takeout supplies and catering items
  • Provide general kitchen support as needed

COOK/CHEF

Rolling Green Fairways & The 19th Hole Grill are currently seeking a Cook / Chef to join our team for the golf season. We are looking for someone passionate about quality food, organization, teamwork, and creating great dining experiences for our guests.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Menu creation, collaboration, and execution
  • Preparation and cooking of meats including prime rib, steaks, roasts, pork, seafood, and more
  • Homestyle cooking and baking from scratch
  • Grill and line cooking
  • Catering and banquet cooking for large-capacity events
  • Assisting with food ordering
  • Inventory control and product rotation
  • Working with seasonal produce and feature menus
  • Maintaining proper food safety and handling standards in accordance with Alberta Health regulations
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and plan ahead in a fast-paced environment
Assets:

  • Knowledge of brunch-style menus
  • Experience with scratch cooking and baking
  • Experience in banquet or high-volume kitchen environments

CONTENT CREATOR (PHOTOGRAPHY & EVENTS)

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for photography and a passion for capturing authentic moments during a busy golf and wedding season.

This is a dynamic, hands-on position focused on documenting events, atmosphere, and guest experiences across the property. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced, event-driven environments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Capturing high-quality photos and video content of weddings, golf events, and daily operations
  • Documenting candid, behind-the-scenes moments that reflect the guest experience
  • Working closely with our marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand direction
  • Organizing and delivering visual content for marketing and promotional use
  • Assisting with basic content posting if interested (not a primary responsibility)
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner while capturing content
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:

  • Strong photography and/or videography skills (professional or hobbyist experience welcome)
  • A creative eye for storytelling and capturing natural, candid moments
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing event schedules
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in appearance and demeanor

WEDDING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

Maternity Leave Coverage
Unleash your creativity and fine attention to detail as you assist our wedding and banquet clients in creating and implementing the vision of their special day!
This temporary position is to cover a maternity leave and requires a team member who is professional in every aspect of themselves and how they represent RGF. The role is part-time for the duration of the leave, with the potential for full-time hours if the successful candidate is interested in taking on additional duties. A combination of remote and on-site work is required.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

  • Collaborate in person and/or online, with prospective clients, to understand their wedding day vision, preferences and budget.
  • Have a strong understanding of our portfolio of services, in order to assist prospective clients on how we can be a part of making their vision come to life, provide tours and follow up promptly with quotes and additional info.
  • A strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs, including Excel, to generate quotes and invoices, and to communicate with the RGF team with regard to all event details.
  • Brides and families of ‘brides to be’ through their needs for their special day Collaborate, in person, and/or online, with wedding clients, on the final details of their wedding day
  • Coordinate guest services to ensure a seamless experience for attendees
  • Promptly communicate with clients and vendors, through the planning process, providing updates, answering questions etc..
  • Market wedding planning services
  • Oversee setup and execution of events
  • Provide on-site coordination day of event
  • Prompt follow up with client post-event
  • Generate ideas for new event possibilities

ASSISTANT WEDDING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage
RGF is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assistant to the Wedding and Events Coordinator to support our current coordinator during her maternity leave. This is a temporary, limited-capacity role focused primarily on event execution and logistical support, with guidance and direction provided by the current coordinator as available.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on event work, thrives in a supportive role, and is eager to gain experience in wedding and event coordination.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE

    • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
    • Support day-of coordination tasks under the direction of the Wedding & Events Coordinator
    • Communicate with vendors and team members as assigned
    • Assist with guest services to ensure a smooth event experience
    • Help maintain organization of event details, timelines, and materials
    • Provide administrative and logistical support as needed during the maternity leave period

This position is temporary for the duration of the maternity leave and may include on-site work during evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
