To that end, in order to raise as much as we can for some great charities, while celebrating such a crucial part of our community, we are presenting several different sponsorship levels for your consideration.

***All registrations are transferrable this year, if you are unwell or cannot attend, you may gift your registration to someone else.  If we have to postpone to another date, your registration will be valid for the new date and subject to the same terms … if we are forced to cancel due to a change in AHS Restrictions, you will have the option to donate your registration fee, or receive a full refund, less 15% for processing/admin fees.

TOURNAMENT (DAY) DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:

With the easing of restrictions, we will be going back to a more standard format, with the tournament being played in a 4-man scramble format, to a maximum of 156 golfers. The package will include a basic breakfast, 18 holes of golf, cart use, prizes, lunch and dinner, as well as Hole-in-One opportunities. Join us, immediately following golf, at the outdoor staging area in front of the Pavilion, and enjoy live music, courtesy of The Prairie Dogs, BBQ Dinner & Prizes.

Not into the golf or have to work ? But want to still come down for a fun afternoon/evening at Rolling Green, following the tournament?

We are open for business and open for summer, and are excited to be offering “Banquet Only” Tickets for our 2021 Charity Golf Classic again this year.

The Prairie Dogs go live on our outdoor stage, from 4pm to 7pm, on Thursday, July 22, 2021… watch for Chipping competitions, representatives from the charities we are raising money for (Lloydminster Rescue Squad, Lloydminster Regional Health Foundation, Residents in Recovery – In Memory of Daxon Hornick-Schmidt, & Furever Furbabies). Pups will be on site too!

Dinner Will be served at 5:30pm, featuring a Steak Dinner with ALL the fixings.

While there is no charge from Rolling Green Fairways to be a “Hole in One” sponsor, the sponsor is responsible for determining the “Hole in One” Prize together with it’s value, and ensuring adequate insurance is obtained.
The “Hole in One” Sponsor will be responsible for obtaining adequate insurance, advising Rolling Green Fairways within 2 days of event, as to the required yardage as stated by their insurance company, and is responsible for providing hole monitors the day of the event.
The sponsor is also welcome to provide any signage to promote their business, as well as display the actual “PRIZE” that’s up for grabs.
